We own a summit two drawer under counter fridge. If I had it to do over I would not buy this unit. I bought it because it was $1000 less than a subzero or u-line. The drawers are noisy, poorly insulated and have very little in the way of temperature control. We have used them for 3 years, and have had no real issues with performance, its only required to keep drinks cold. When we left the country for 3 months we couldn't figure out how to turn the fridge off,(we turned the dial to off with no change in temp overnight) and the plug was unreachable. I believe this unit is intended for use in outdoor kitchens. It is all stainless steel.

Summit is a rebrander. Some of their products are very good. Post a model number and I may be able to help with information specific to that model.

One of the complaints that Consumer's Reports has about a number of drawer units by various manufacturers (which they seem to rate poorly, in general) is the inability to turn them off without unplugging them.
