I am looking at getting a Gaggenau wall oven, mostly because of the side opening door (it's unfortunate that the only other side opening ovens out there are quite low end, with nothing in between). The thing is though that the floor model I saw, when I pulled the rack out it felt quite rough (cringe-inducing grating, really) and I'm wondering - is this the case with all Gaggenau ovens? When shelling out that kind of money, it's a shame to have to compromise on a feature (i.e. smooth glide racks) that's available in other lower end brands...
