I'd sell it as it is. Let the buyer refinish it.

I agree with j222b. In today's economy it's doubtful you would see a greater return on refinishing it, considering how much time and work it will take. It's a vey nice table! You could advertise it on craigslist.

I would spend very little on it and paint and distress it. The Farm Trestle is pretty hot now so that's the direction I would take it in. Black, Barn Red, and Cream or White are always safe colors with this type of potential buyer. It looks to be repro from the Emire Period so white can lend to its slightly more formal side. Try these looks as inspiration. Have Fun!
