My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm trying to enjoy everyone's wonderful posts,
But I can't concentrate.
DD went to the hospital last evening to have her first baby.
NO NEWS yet. This waiting is nerve wracking!!!

    You sure got your present early, but now you can have fun spoiling her!

    I can't believe our littlest one is already almost 3 mon. old!!!
    We do get emails and facebook pictures, but it not the same as getting to hold her!

    Punk I have 5 children, 4 of them have blessed me with 7grandchildren
    3GDS (now) 2GSs and 2step GDs
    DD3 is expecting her first baby in March.
    My family is growing!!
    Candy, 'Sweet' Caroline lives about 20 minutes from me so I'll get to see her often.
    It is a wonderful, exciting time but a little melancholy as well.

    You have a big family, and I'm so glad "Sweet Caroline" lives sooo close to you and you can see her a lot. How wonderful that will be!

    I am sorry this is sort of sad time for you tho, but I can understand. When loved ones are gone, a part of us goes with them. And their absence is felt most during the holidays. Time really doesn't change that part at all.
    Take care of yourself, and hold that darling baby every chance you get. They grow SO fast !! Too fast!
