My silver tree

Every year this is the first tree I put up. It was my grandma's. I think of her everytime I look at it.

Sorry about all the stuff on my table and beside the stove. I should clean up before I take pictures LOL !!

I love it. It looks great in that cake pan. When I was little we always had a giant foil tree with all blue ornaments with a color wheel. I loved it then and now. My son has a mid-century modern store and sells tons of these. Your stove is wonderful too.

Your silver tree really does bring back memories, I remember when they were the "modern" Christmas decor! Your stove is gorgeous and the most "elegantly" decorated one I've ever seen! Love all your blue and silver. TFS. Luvs

Ditto on what the others have said. And I bet your grandmother would be thrilled with her tree going up first,
and in the kitchen at that. My grandmothers both loved to cook and spent most of their time in kitchens, so if I had a tree from one of them, it would have to go there.
That stove!!! Love it.

Thanks everyone. The old stove is very much one of my favorite antiques I have. My hubby got it for me for $100. We had it sand blasted and just used shaker can paint on some of the silve parts. I always put my silver tree on it.

Your tree and stove are beautiful! My grandmother also had a silver tree and I loved that tree! It had the color wheel and I would sit for hours watching the colors change. How special that you honor her by using it!
