Is too much cfm a problem?

I am trying to replace our noisy Broan 164-K(70cfm, with light and heat, 3.5 sones) with a less noisy Panasonic Whisper series. The bathroom is really small-7X6 in total. We need only about 50cfm as per calculator on the Panasonic site. The only one that has a light and heat is rated at 110cfm (FV-11VHL2).

Finally my question, What can go wrong with having too much cfm?

will the fan blow stuff around or bring in cold air from outside?

Is there a workaround-is there a way to reduce the cfm of the fan?

or are there other models that will fulfill our criteria? All the ones that I can find in the 70-80 cfm range are as noisy as our current one. Suggestions?

Thanks

Vinaya
