problems with 24' liebherr integrated?

I was just at Henrybuilt having an initial consultation for my kitchen remodel. When we were discussing appliances and I told him I wanted the 24" x 2 side by side liebherr (1 freezer, 1 fridge) he said that he heard that the fully integrated models were having problems with the hinges? If anyone else has heard something about this please post!
