Grout questions

I'm renovating 3 bathrooms and will be using mostly white Daltile Rittenhouse Square subways on shower/tub walls with Mapai Silver grout. But in one bathroom I'll also be doing a border of 2 rows of 1" green/blue porcelain mosaic tiles (Daltile Aspen Lodge, Shadow Pine) at chest height. I'm not sure the silver grout will work well in this situation.

Can anyone suggest a good grout color to use. Do I do one grout color for the white subways and another for the accent strip?

I'll also be using Daltile/Aspen Lodge/Shadow Pine 6x6 tiles for the bathroom floor and not sure of a good Mapei grout color to go with these.

Quite honestly, I'd go either with the silver, or Mapei Pewter. Either one will show off the accent tile, but I think I'd like the Silver better. Make sure you use the sanded grout for the mosaics, though.

For the floor tile, I'd again go with the Pewter or if you'd like a darker grout to contrast it a bit, the Pearl Gray.
