Generally speaking, the higher the wattage, the higher the power of the induction burner, & the more BTUs it can produce. If there are multiple burners, you have to look at the specifications for each burner.

there are many brands out and more coming each month...just be wary of units with power boost modes some of those actually route power from other burners to boost one burner. Otherwise the larger the power level the better but know some of typically >2500 watts is plenty powerful for 99% of cooking
