Wow that is beautiful! It looks like a huge bathroom.
Mine is being worked on now, and my tile is similar,
but my space is much less!
Congrats on a lovely bathroom!

Congratulations! Beautiful!

I love that vanity-- it is so interesting and different. I can't imagine how much storage you have in there. And I love the grain and color of alder. Nice work!

Now that is a bathroom with total "wow" factor.. very nice indeed.. can't wait to see the rest!!

That is gorgeous!!! ***** (5 stars) ;)

Triple WOW! It looks beautiful. Our master cabinets are a rich stained walnut and we are trying to decide on our tiles (creamy travertine or blue/gray slate) and you've inspired me!

Thanks for all the kind words....

mairin....our floors are a 6x12 light travertine set in a herringbone pattern. I'm very pleased! To add some interest, you can see I've used a travertine that has some onyx in the shower (listellos and 2x2 on the ceiling & floor--not pictured)

IT's true what they say about Texas, isn't it :)

Are you happy with your contractor/fabricator/tile person? Whoever it is/they are seems/seem to have done a lot of good quality work.

I'm a decorator and I do a lot of work for my builder. He's the greatest. I joke with my husband that I get along better with our builder than I do him!

Thanks for the details. I can't wait to show DH when he gets home. I love the subtlety of the accents - it's got just the right amount of visual interest. I look forward to seeing the rest of your home as it comes together.

Oh my, that's beautiful. Here's a photo from your album:
