I am putting this under the bathroom forum rather than the lighting forum because it really seems to fit under both.

I have a low ceiling in a basement bathroom. The light has to be mounted on the wall above the sink. How far from the ceiling can I place halogen lights? I am concerned about the heat if the light is pointed up. I don't think I can hang a fixture with the lights pointing down as that would be too low. It is not an ideal situation. If anyone has pictures of light fixtures that might work, I would appreciate it. Does anyone have a nice looking light bar? That might work. ( I need a chrome fixture.)
