This is what we are doing right now with our bathroom reno., but it's not complete yet to show pics. The vanity is 72" long with one sink; from left to right:
18" hamper pullout, 18" pullout with drawers behind, 18" cabinet with square recessed sink, 18" pullout with drawers behind. As you can see, the sink is off-center. I planned it this way to have the hamper pullout, but it has really posed a challenge for me. I really wanted a mirror the length of the vanity, but having the sconces mounted in the mirror "off-center" just looked odd to me.

I decided to do 2 sconces on each side of the sink base, allowing for up to a 42" mirror. It's not in yet, so I can't tell you if my decision was correct or not.

There will be extra wall space to the left of the "left" sconce, so I need to remedy that somehow. I bought a tall, decorative glass jar with lid to put in that corner of the vanity to hold soaps, etc., so perhaps that will fill the void.

Here's a link to my bathroom. It's long, so if you go to page 8, it will show you the wonderful sketchup that zeuss did for me. The last page shows the tile in it's dirty stage right now. We're moving along at a snails pace! I wish it were done to show you! Good Luck!

I think your pictures look great! The towel on the other side is a good idea to give the mirror some balance.

I have one vanity that is 48 inches and one that is a double sink vanity around 7 ft long.

Thanks for sharing yours!

Your bathroom is great!. Did you had the vanity and the sink custom made? I have been looking for an off center vanity no longer than 48 and have not been able to find it.
Thanks for any info
