? about SuperAntispyware Free

On the Start menu, the icon for SUPERAntispyware Free Edition has a red circle with a slash through it. Also the icon on the desktop has it, as well as the free edition and repair choices when I go to Start, Programs, SuperAntispyware. Why is that? It makes me think there is something wrong, but it seems to be working ok. the icon down by the clock doesn't have the red circle/slash. I'm using XP Home & Firefox.

Janette that is the way Superantispyware wants to look, it's their trademark. You have nothing to fear from that but I can see where it could cause confusion.

as long as you see the little bug in the task bar and it is able to come up and run you are ok, the red circle thing is part of their signature. IF you go here to their page you will see the same icon on their page so you know it is legit

It's probably means no spyware allowed, like no smoking, no parking signs.
