I just recently got a Thermoworks Thermopen instant read thermometer. I rarely get something that impresses me, but this is amazing. I have at least three other thermometers that were cheaper, but they don't even pass the boiling water test. Plus, the Thermopen can be used for everything.

Thanks creature. Thermopen is one I haven't looked at. I'll check it out this afternoon. My old ones don't seem to last very long, just threw another one out.
