I don't know of anyone, but if anyone you know is a woodworker, those handles look like pretty simple tasks.

Call Le Creuset at 877-CREUSET. They are very nice, and will probably send you some!

kitchencarvers.com make AMAZING wooden spoons! Perhaps you can contact them and see if they can make the handle for you.

Thanks for the toll free number I called, they dont normally provide handles but happened to have a couple they are sending me. Great tip, also she said that they can sell replacments at 75% off for warranty in the future.
