We should break ground in about 1 month. We will be using icynene spray insulation that is applieddirectly to the underside of the roof sheathing. This of course is different than normal batt insulation which goes on to the ceiling.

Will I need to apply a different base for my shingles than the standard heavy tar paper in order to 100% block out moisture as the icynene desnt allow air to circualte as in a normal bat application?
