hello there :)

I have a bright yellow street flag/banner that I would like to stain to tone it down a bit. It is probably nylon, it might even have some water repellent coating (I'm just guessing because it was an outdoor hanging flag). Has anyone ever stained a flag and has some advice? Are there any dyes out there that will give it a brownish tint or maybe try coffee?

Any advice would be appreciated
