Cartoon Freebie sites?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me some good sites that have freebie cartoon characters patterns (carebears and other 80's, disney Ect.) i am also looking for disneys mulan pattern, and anime patterns. so if you know any good sites all help would be greatly appriciated.
