Bluestar Broiler -- how to replace???

hey all,

i need to replace the broiler for my 36" RNB range. it only worked the first time i turned it on, and hasn't worked since.

i could get the replacement broiler unit directly from bluestar. but after that, i really have no idea what to do. the BS rep said to take the back panel off the stove and, then it's pretty easy to change out (although he did mention taht i should be extremely careful not to damage the ceramic broiler unit).

getting a professional to replace it would add great expense to the cost of this repair, and besides, they may not be as careful as i would be. however, i'm nervous about opening it up and doing this myself.

has anyone attempted this sort of thing before? is it easy to do with just basic tools, like screwdrivers, etc.

also, does anybody have a pdf product manuel for the RNB range? i lost my copy when my comp crashed, and can't find a copy of the manual (the 30+ page one) from bluestar's or prizer-painter's website. thanks!
