Need a pattern for door plaque

Perhaps someone can link me to a pattern for an 'open book'? I'm doing my grndaughter's room in a Cinderella theme and want to make a plaque for her door-in the fashion of a fairy tale book-opened from the middle of the book. I'll be starting it on the left page with "Once upon a time, there lived a little girl, as pretty as a Princess." On the opposite page will be a castle & Cinderella & the coach illustrations.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Sharon! Working on GD's room already?! Cool. Here's a book/cake that maybe you could trace off and use. It's pretty nice and looks tasty, too. rofl.

I googled "fairy tale book" and clicked on IMAGES to find it. Also, you could google "open book clip art" for more. Have fun with your next project, the boy's room was super nice!

I would type in "wooden plaque patterns" in the web browser line and see what came up.
