I don't have the pattern but I wonder if you go to "patternmart.com" and type in "two way doll" in their search box it might come up for you. Or, is there a sewing forum on here somewhere, maybe you could check there and do a search on it.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I usually hang out on the Quilting Forum.

If you don't want to buy the head and hands, use any basic doll pattern, and make two torsos with heads, then sew them together at the waist. Topsy Turvey dolls don't have feet. If you put lace on the hem of either skirt, put in a little longer than the edge, that way it will also show as the lace for the other skirt when you flip her over.
