My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My exciting year

I am getting excited. My DD #1 (I have 6) is expecting her 4th child, 3rd. boy in 2 weeks. I have attended the birth of each of my 6 grandchildren,3 were c-sections and yes they let me in the o.r. for them too. One of the c-sections (DD#2)was twins, it was so wonderful getting to experience that. So I am on call to watch/coach (along with D son in law) number 7 GC. Then in May DD#4 is due with her 1st. (a boy). DD#3 will be getting married in August. It's going to be a busy year. I'll keep you posted!
