Okay, since my reply was also deleted let me see if I can summarize some of the changes that we already talked about (with one other poster, who was also super helpful).

Keeping the sink where it is, the bar is raised behind it so there is no splashing / seeing dirty dishes issue. Moving the trash to the left of the sink to make cleanup easier. Moving the prep sink to the dining room side of the island to improve access, and in the process the pot filler becomes more useful.

We also covered: Your pub room is great.

What we didn't discuss: The awesomeness of the covered deck with overhead fans and outdoor kitchen. Which also would affect the window decision, definitely not worth moving the sink to the window if your view is of the grill. The outdoor kitchen is great, it's just not a view you move the sink for. Also your home theater is ridiculous (in a good way).

LOL Thanks for the recap and the compliments! It's a home that we will hopefully be in the rest of our lives, so we have spent a long time making sure we have what we want, and a lot of time saving money to build it!
