What is a "Bell Jar"????

As far as themes, some people keep out snowmen and snowglobes as a theme or start decorating for Valentine's Day. I still have my Christmas trees up because I like the look of it. I'm thinking about getting a few of these downed branches from the ice storm and painting them silver or gold. I may make a few birds or something to hang on them.

I am a theme person after the Christmas season I place a small display of faux snowballs and icey branches, something we have so little of here in Georgia. I have one vintage Bell Jar and several newer versions so where ever I place them there is always something interesting to look at.
