Thanks *again* Ginger! In the show, we saw that the espresso machine Empire used is the same as the one we just bought. That's one of the reasons my DH is fired up!

You're most welcome. I think I'd try the last one first. I can't find my Marcel Desaulniers cookbook but when I do, I'll look through it & see what he has.

Ginger - we made #3 above - the one from the Kosher book - DH was very happy. DS said too much coffee flavor. It's a keeper, but feel free to share the one from Marcel if/when you find it!
