My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
SoSo - what photo program are you using? I use Photobucket and my pics always come up big. You can more than likely adjust the size of the pics in the picture program you use.
I use photobucket Do you copy and paste the Tag line or the IMG line or some other method. I am finding every forum has a different procedure that works for photos.
The thumbnails are nice, though. They are clickable and will open up in another window at the regular size. They are great if you want to post more than one photo because they take up little space and load fast. :)
I use photobucket, but I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager first, and crop, then compress the imagine down to website, not email. Gets it smaller but not too small.
Then I do the img src="http:photobucketURLhere"; (with added to beginning/end) and it shows up like that. Now when I pull the URL over it has an extra [IMG] at the beginning and end that I have to pull off or it won't work, don't know why that is.
Hope that helps a little. It has taken me a lot of time to figure out how to do pictures. Laura
Soso, When using Photobucket, just click the box under the picture you want, then go to the bottom of the page. Click on the selection on the right that says "generate html and img". It will take you to the next page. I use the first selection. Just click on it, then right click and select "copy". Go to your post, right click and select "paste". The pic will show when you hit preview message. It shows up small but will enlarge when you click on it. Very easy and quick. Luvs
