I have a Basic too. What steps are you taking to transfer the image? Is the file zipped? If so, you have to unzip it first. If you already did that then what is the final step that isn't working? Are you saving the image to the program but not clicking the arrow that transfers it to the PED? If you're doing all these things then maybe you have a bum PED... Let us know!
