help! embroidery puckering

20 years ago

I have a SE270d machine, I am trying to do some disney quilt blocks and the blocks are puckering around the embroidery. I have tried different types of stabilizer, changed my needle, changed the bobbin thread and still have puckering. Any suggestions?
