Embird is not a digitizing program. It won't change a jpg to an embroidery design. You need to buy a digitizing program to be able to do that.

Yes Embird has a full featured editor with vector importing, digitizing studio, and ÂSfumato add-on. Sfumato stitch does a good job of laying down vector objects over a photo. This is something that needs to be practiced and perfected however. Just pure 'automatic' on any program will not yield professional results.
