I am having trouble with my hoop arm not wanting to move to the proper position when the machine is turned on. I have had to turn off the machine and turn it back on and this has usually worked but not always. I also slip off the embroidery arm a bit and reclose it forcefully and this sometimes helps. Otherwise the hoop arm just sits at the "top" and makes a funny noise. Any suggestions?
