My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi i am new at this whole thing so please forgive me if i sound like a complete idiot!! i have a viking designer 1 and it came with the customizing software but no dongle!!! can anyone help me out? where to get one? i also bought embroidery magic and cant figure it out either. HELP PLEASE
