Hosting about 65 for mom's 80th. Sis is doing some lovely passed and stationery passed apps and the baker sister is doing desserts. I have mains. We are having ham with biscuits, chutney and asst mustards, whole poached salmon with cucumber dill sauce, lemon chicken. I am having a catered quinoa salad with spinach, corn, peas, red pepper and chunks of feta in a light vinaigrette. Need one other side dish. Some have suggested the retro Waldorf salad or layered salad. I am hesitant about a green salad bc it can be hard to eat but maybe a chopped salad? Help appreciated!
