Can anyone tell me if they are good quality?

I have to replace my dining room set due to defects in manufacturing (Company came and took it back) and have to start over and don't want to make a mistake . . . As you can see by my previous posts . . . I'm looking at a Replica Table by Theodore Alexander, these chairs by IPF or I may go with Harden, which I pretty much know the quality of the set, having one of their dining sets in my kitchen . . . Although I'm not sure about Rubberwood (that is what the chairs are made from).
