Those photo eyes at the bottom of the door are out of alignment. One should be a solid green or maybe amber or yellow depending on how new the opener is and other should be a solid green. Either way way both lights need to be on at the same time in order for the door to close. Try playing with them a little bit until the green light on the recieving eye is glowing a solid green.
