That wouldn't help as I'm in Canada and I'm sure our building code is much different than yours. I just wanted to get a feel of the space.

If this helps, the entire structure was custom design by our Princeton Design Build team and is 32' wide x 24' deep x 24' high. The garage is 725 sq. ft and the living space above is 600 square ft. There is a bathroom for the pool adjacent on the first floor. There is less usable space on the second floor due to the pitched roof. We don't have a simplified layout that I can share ...only construction drawings.

That's to bad. Where I live housing is very expensive and the city is offering grants of up to $50,000 to people that build garage suites. They have to be triple garages (one for the tenant) and can't be over 628 sq. ft. I was intrigued when I saw this as it's a very lovely design from the outside. I've googled garage suites and there is a limited number that actually show the layout. Most times it's an open space with no rooms drawn.
