sleeper sofa with full size bed

Due to size restrictions of the room I need a smaller sofa (under 70") with a full size sleeper. I was hoping for something that would be somewhat decent, I'm partial to Hancock and Moore, so any Ikea cardboard sofa's would be a no go. Does H&M do full size sleepers on request? Does anyone have any other idea's? Thanks.

There are love seat futons and sleeper sofas on the market today that fold out into a full size bed. Maybe one of thoes would work.
