If you install the rubber with a hard-setting adhesive recommended by the flooring manufacturer, then rolling loads won't be a problem. However, most hard-setting adhesives for rubber flooring is an epoxy-type and they are not cheap. Also, they are messy to work with and require rolling in the product with an appropriate flooring roller on a specific schedule as the adhesive sets. Usually not something the typical DIYer can successfully do.
