I have my entire home entertainment system set up in my living room.. However, i am planning to move all of the A/V equipment to an adjoining room.

What is the best way for me to run the wires between the two rooms ? I prefer to not run all the wires behind the walls so that future changes/upgrades don't become a complete pain...

We have an Arts & Crafts theme at home so maybe use some panelling/wall molding to hide the wires ?
