My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anybody compared 52' Sony LCD vs 58' Panasonic Plasma?

On paper the Panasonic looks better - plasma plus a bigger screen. But side by side in Circuit City, the Sony has a brighter, sharper picture. I don't know if this is due to calibration/settings on the individual sets on display or not. With ESPN HD football on, I didn't see any of the typical drawbacks of LCD - no ghosting, the screen was still bright and clear off-axis, and blacks looked as good as the plasma.

I'm going to find another store to compare, but I'm curious if anyone else has done a side by side evaluation of these two sets. I'd prefer the bigger Panasonic, but the image on the Sony was really noticeably better.
