Help identify this tile/paver

Can anyone help me identify this tile/paver? I realize it is outdoors and so it might not be quite "flooring," but I've looked high and low and can't find anything quite like this. Any suggestions as far as where to look would be greatly appreciated.

TILE OR PAVER, POSSIBLY SLATE
