OMG! No! I hate those weird feelings I get.

Take care, try to relax and know I'll pulling for you.

    ((((hug))))

    So, so sorry, igloo. :(

Early pregnancy is such an emotional roller coaster. Sending positive thoughts for Monday. How many weeks along will you be then?

I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved kitty and the possibility that you might lose both babies. I will keep my fingers crossed that the latter will not be so....

Such sad news indeed. I am so sorry to hear about this. I'll remember you and your family in my prayers and I'll keep thinking good thoughts that you'll get better news on Monday.

No, no, no! Oh my goodness. To lose your kitty and find out that you are losing one of your babies on the same day? No, there just aren't words for this. The emotions you might be feeling, I would imagine, would be overwhelming-- anger, fear, sadness. Please be very gentle with yourself, and do what YOU need to do.

You will be in my thoughts, and I pray for the best of news on Monday.

Oh Igloo, why bless your heart.....we will all be keeping you in our thoughts and hope Monday is filled with good news :)

Oh Igloo, I am so sorry you have to go through this. Pregnancy is such a crap shoot. Please know what many do care for you at this time.

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. You are in my thoughts and my prayers. Take care.

Thank you all. I had trouble reading this earlier because I was still too upset. Your kind thoughts and prayers mean more than I can say.

Monday I'll be 3 days shy of six weeks, and unless the hcg has dropped significantly they'll probably drag this on. I'm stuck on bed rest which is not fun, particularly because this is where Aubrey and I cuddled the most. He was one of those kitties who had to lay ON you whenever possible.

I don't expect to see we've saved a baby. I have no symptoms anymore aside from the ones that come with the progesterone shots I take daily (typcial IVF). But we'll see.

Again, thanks. This hasn't been an easy weekend for the family.

Dawn, I am so very sorry.

    *Thinking of you*

Best of luck to your family.

((((Igloo)))) I KNOW this is a difficult time for your family. You are in my thoughts.

I'm so sorry about your kitty, and that you have to go through this at the same time. I hope that you can have good news to report about one bean later. I haven't checked back after I saw your post about baby names, assumed all was well. Hang in there, and whatever happens don't give up! (((((HUGS))))

I'm so sorry, (((Dawn))). We adopted DS after many, many "maybes", surgeries, meds and heartaches. Ten long years later (after more surgeries, meds and heartaches) I became pregnant for the very first (and only) time ever with DD. It was a very complicated pregnancy with bedrest and preeclampsia before I went eclamptic at 6 months, so I know a little of what you're going through and my heart hurts for what you must be feeling right about now. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear your double bad news. :( Please know that we are all thinking of you, all pulling for you, and I really hope that they are wrong and you get good news tomorrow. Wish I could bring over some homemade cookies and a funny movie to put a smile on your sweet face. ((((Iggy!))))

I'm so sorry, Igloo. IVF is so hard, and to lose your furball on top of it is awful. Thinking of you and your family...

You have been a topic of conversation here today. We are so hoping for a successful day for you tomorrow.

((((more hugs from our house to yours))))

I am so sorry to hear about your kitty. Wishing you the best of luck today. Hope it all turns out for the best. Take care of yourself.

I will be thinking of you today and praying for the very best!

    Many hugs to you . . .

Thinking of you and keeping fingers and toes crossed.( and eyes but the people in my office are staring)

Supportive thoughts coming your way from podunk East Bay California.

I am still thinking about you. I know you said you would know on Monday, and I hope you're too busy resting to type. Best thoughts for you (((Dawn and family))).

You're on my mind too, Iggy. I'm sending oodles of healing light your way.

You're all so sweet. I'm sorry to be absent off and on, it's been a tough week. (wait it's not over E GADS). Anyhoo, we lost the other baby as well. I expected it so it wasn't a big suprise. At least it's not being drug out for long and we can go on to transfering some of our other 20 embryo's (Octomom here I come LOL)

We're all ok. Your thoughts are felt deep in our hearts :) thank you.

Oh, Igloo. I'm sorry. Thank goodness you have 20 more. Keep up the faith and stay strong.

I'm so sorry. I can only imagine how hard it is to go through all of the shots etc. and not have it be successful. Keep positive - sometimes it takes a couple of tries. We're all rooting for you.

I'm so sorry, it's been a rotten week. But keep looking forward - this was your 1st IVF, right? Very often the 1st isn't successful. But the second one will be - my DD is living proof! At least you won't have to go through retrieval again so next time will be easier (physically).

Sending +++++ thoughts and ((((HUGS)))) to you

I'm so sorry for your loss, but as determined as you are I am positive you will be a mom again one way or another.

    I'm so sorry i-chic...

Even though it wasn't a surprise, I cannot imagine it was easy to have heard the very sad news.

I am so, so, so sorry. Please give yourself permission to grieve for as long as you need-- don't put yourself on any sort of timeline.

Many, many hugs for you. You and your family are in my thoughts.

    Hi Ig & Co....

My wishes for you & family are ones of Hope & Healing for the next "go-'round"!!

All the best to you in recuperating and resting up for the next round, you deserve a break.

I'm so sorry Igloo and family. I echo what Kgwlisa said. Try and keep positive!

I am so sorry for the loss (of your kittie, too). At least you have more embies to transfer. Positive thoughts and prayers coming your way.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Igloo.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for next cycle --

I'm so sorry for not posting on this thread sooner. (((((Dawn))))) - I am so very, very sorry for your losses. You are in my thoughts and prayers, and I'm sending loads of positive energy your way. Please take care of yourself, and keep us posted on how things are going.

You have such a great attitude. You are an amazing women. Keep the faith.

Dawn, have been at a conference and just saw the update. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and I know that it will work out for you. And don't worry if you get to be Octomom or Ninomom even- I will pick up KK and we will come babysit and be on your Igloo show!! We'll bring the dogs too, make it real crazy. Hang in there kiddo.

Sue I'd have 9 just to see that show :oP

We are moving on with our usual lack of grace (which involves lots of wine and a day of playing in the mud with our DS). The next cycle won't be hedged on dates, so we can wait until my body is ready for the transfer which will give us a much better chance of success. I'm giving it two more shots and then we'll go ahead and take Oceanna up on her offer to carry tripplets from our embryo's for us :oP

Anyone else want to carry a red headed baby for us? If we do enough we're sure to make a great reality show..GW surrogates make 20...heh heh :)

Smooches all :) If positive thoughts from afar help...I feel good to have many of them!!

On a bright note, we are the proud owners of a new home...ok maybe a motor home, but still, new to us LOL (used). Anyone ever decorate a motor home? It has tacky wallpaper looking stuff (whatever those walls are made of) in blue and pink :) yummm (e gads it's like an 80's reunion for me LOL)

ds is now cuddling so no more caps...sorry.

it's a 2000 maverick with just 18000 miles on it. we made the bid on ebay with a requirement to redo all of the upholstry which they're doing now, and pull up all carpet and replace with vinyl. so what do you think....silk or linen for the drapes? heh heh ok kidding anyhoo should be a fun decor challenge and we are hoping for years of family fun in it!

Our family loved traveling around the country- and we did it in a Durango ( 9000 miles in a month in 99- almost went to Alaska but ran out of time)so you will have sooo much fun in the motor home, silk, linen,or whatever! My DH and I talk about getting one someday so we can travel with dogs. Just call when you get close to Balto and I will decant the wine and bake the cookies.

I'm really sad to hear about your loss, Iggy. You sure have a great attitude, bless your heart. Next time's gotta' be the charm.

I'm giving it two more shots and then we'll go ahead and take Oceanna up on her offer to carry tripplets from our embryo's for us :oP

    ROTFLOL! Yeah, riiiiiight.

it's a 2000 maverick with just 18000 miles on it.

Oh, it's practically in didies! :o) Pretty exciting. We can't wait for pics, and you know we'd love to help you decorate it. So are you driving it down to WA or what? What happened to the Victorian with the cool grapes chandy?

I loved going RVing with my family as a kid. That's how we visited relatives every year (with a family of 6 and a dog it just worked out better) and had many weekend adventures.

I know you mentioned your DS has allergies - it's a shame you're not on the East Coast- this fellow in Vermont has been specializing in renovating trailers and turning them into 'clean' environments. His favorites are the classic Airstreams.

Here is a link that might be useful: Taylor's healthy trailers

Wow those Airstreams are so cool!! I've always thought they were beautiful but sheesh he does great work.

I love the stainless counter top. We have on in our real kitchen and I can't imagine a better surface for an RV. We might just do that in the new one :)

DS's only real "allergies" are to milk. It's not even an allergy so much as an inability to process the milk in his body which leads to low level infections. (Odd little side effect of his blood condition). Fortunately he actually passed a milk trial recently (we do them every six months or so) which means he's getting better :) But he has been tested like a mad man for allergies because ther were many times they thought that was his problem.

I wonder if we could test again and claim we need a new airstream from Taylor on our insurance heh heh

pb that is exactly why we bought it. We want to enjoy traveling, and frankly as DS gets into the horrible 3's it's easier to have a space of our own. We'll also use it when we go to and from alaska every year for the summer. I hope he has great memories too.

Oceanna we're close to the big house :) We just have to finish another big purchase (business) and then we'll know how we can finance it and we'll seal up the deal. I'll save the tower suite for you if you carry the tripplets :oP

I had fun buying fabric for the RV. I did a pretty gold cheneile (can't spell that) tapestry with a deep paisley in gold, black, green and maroon, and then have a beautiful black leather for the sofa's and banquette's. I researched and found out I can rewallpaper the thing so I wasn't stuck with mauve, dusty blue and tan decor :)

I wonder if Venetian plaster would hold LOL

I too, am so sorry for the loss of your babies and your kitty...

Hah! one good bump and I think the plaster would be a goner! I would also leave out any vintage cast iron chandeliers. ouchies! You will really be stylin' with your color scheme and leather banquettes! ( with morgue drawers?)What fun you all will have!
You will be painting an igloo on the side so we all know its you hauling down the interstate, right? ;)

I wonder if Venetian plaster would hold

    You are so weird.

Igloo, I am sorry for your losses.

I have a family member who is experiencing the same thing; it is definitely a physical and mental roller coaster.
