Hi everyone,

We are having a home built and have been having a difficult time finding floors that we like and can afford (we're working off of the manufacturer credit for carpet). This past weekend we were introduced to the Mohawk Raschiato line in warm cherry and we love it! The price we've been given in a store is $5.89/sqft, but we've found it online at fastfloors.com for less ($4.32/sqft). I'm torn because 1) I can't find any reviews on the Raschiato line and 2) I'm nervous about making such a large purchase from an online purveyor (but its such a huge discount).

Does anyone have experience with this flooring? Can you give pros/cons, likes/dislikes? Also, any feedback on fastfloors.com would be appreciated.

In the event anyone is going to make alternate suggestions, our home is a 2-story craftsman inspired, so we're seeking a more rustic look that will stand up to little kids. Our kitchen cabinets are the Sedona glaze from Merillat (a reddish cherry).

Thanks in advance!
