Was the pattern for knit slippers that had the crochet edging, or were they all crochet? You can always add a crochet edge of double crochet, or half double crochet row around for the ribbon, and even add a single crochet, or crab stitch row to finish it off. I hope you find the pattern you are looking for.

They were definitely knitted, I think they must have had a crocheted edge to put the yarn tie through. I can probably figure out how to make one, but I loved that pattern and just wanted to locate it again.

I need to be more organized and not misplace things!
