Patternworks does have a clunky site that's hard to navigate. It's possible they're also having problems with their site. Try calling the toll-free number isntead (they used to have phone specials, so you can ask about those too!).

Someone else may have suggestions about rust-free wires from hardware stores would do just as well for a fraction of the cost but these are very nice.

threejsmom, thanks so much for your answer. I enjoyed that site alot and will order from them. I appreciate it. I just may knit more sweaters if I have the wires. It looks so much easier with them.
