Has anyone used this book?

Hello to all fellow knitters! I am a return knitter and am trying to polish up my skills. Besides making a few kids hats and a few scarves I have completed three sweaters for myself and am less than thrilled with the way they fit. I have to admit with each one the fit is better, but I was looking at a book online called Knitting in the Old Way which is supposed to teach you how to make the perfect sweater for YOU. Does anyone know if this is a worthwhile book? I am presently working on two other sweaters and would like to know how to adapt them if need be. Just to give an example, the third sweater that I finished, I adapted fron a pullover and made it a cardigan. The neck seemed too loose so I took it out and redid it and while it is much better it stills bothers me and I am always plucking at it, pulling it up. While I'm here I would like to thank Donna for the help she has given me regarding gauge as I am working with two new to me types of yarn. Thanks much for any info on this book or one like it that someone might recommend.
