shrug pattern needed

I was at a craft fair when I noticed a gal that was wearing a shrug that I just loved. It looks liked she could have worn it on her head as a hood, but she was wearing it down to her elbows keeping her warm. She bought it at a craft fair in another city and I would love to make one. Does anyone have a pattern for one of these?

Wow! That's the pattern for a scarf I bought already made up at AC Moore Craftstore! Everyone goes crazy over it and if I could make them, I'd be in business. The Scarf can be pulled into different shapes and worn as a long narrow scarf or as a capelet as shown in the link, because it is a loosely-knitted tube. Love it!
