crazy crocheted hat pattern

I have been trying to find free pattern that I once saw on the web recently but now can't find it. It was of a crocheted hat with what looked like fingers (for lack of a better term) pointing in different directions attached to the top of the hat. I believe that it said something about it being for a child and that it would make everyone who saw it on the child's head smile thereby making the child think that this was a very friendly world ( or something like that). If anyone knows what this hat was called or where to find it, please tell! thanx

Could it have been a hat with dreadlocks?

I've seen it too - I think. Not having any children to make hats for, and not being a crocheter I just skimmed the explanation.

It could have been either, but i just skimmed it too! Seems like it was maybe even by a lady that was from another country or something? I thought that it was too crazy for me, but the more I thought about the idea of it, the more I liked it! Seems like it was a well made hat, though. Seems like when I am not really even looking for something, that when I find the best stuff, and don't bookmark it and then want it later but can't find it. Seems like the lady spoke German or Norwegian or something...but that could be wrong too. Oh, well...probably find it again when I am not really even looking for it! thanks

no, it is not that one, but that one is a pretty good one! In the picture of the one that I was looking for, the finger thingies on top of the hat stuck straight up, they didn't hang down. thanks for trying though.

oldbiddy, if you don't have your history on your computer set to clear very often, you might be able to find it by checking your history. I don't know what hat you are looking for exactly, but this might be a start.
