Childrens Slipper Pattern

I was at a craft sale today and a woman was selling the cutest

knitted slippers for children. They were made from a heavy wool, at the bottom of the slipper she attached that rubber matting that is used to put under rugs to keep from slipping.

Has anyone ever done these and have a pattern to share
