I'm looking for a device that automatically will sense the need for make up air ( when furnace , bathroom fans, stove vent etc are running) and supply make up air.
Right now I have a 6 inch duct that brings constantly air from outside to the basement; the problem with it is that when nothing is running it still blows cold air in the basement.

Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated.
