We have a carrier infinity thermostat. Without warning the red heat button is stuck and will not operate. It seems to be pushed in too far. The cool(a/c) button works just fine. Is there a simple way to open the thermostat and perhaps pull the red button back out? Right now we could use some heat but it is Saturday night and know it is costly to get someone in on a weekend. Thanks.
